Route planning

  • Utilize building blueprints and datacenter floor plans to pinpoint viable cable pathways, including existing conduit systems, overhead trays, raised floors, and wall penetrations.

Fiber Installation

  • Maintain manufacturer-recommended minimum bend radius, especially for fiber optic and high-speed copper cabling, in accordance with ANSI/TIA-568 and IEEE standards.

Rack Connection

  • Securely route and terminate fiber cables within rack-mounted or wall-mounted patch panels using compatible adapters (e.g., LC, SC, MPO), ensuring proper polarity and strand mapping per ANSI/TIA-568-C.3.

Testing & QC

  • Utilize a visible light source (OTDR, VFL,) to verify uninterrupted signal transmission along the optical path. Confirm polarity, route integrity, and physical end-to-end continuity.
